as i said im 38 weeks with my first baby and in so much pelvic pain his kicks are also getting on my nerves i really want him out but nothings working help??
tried the sex thing even the elevated hips afterwards. ive had braxtons that have kept me up till 2am.
i was told by a massage therapist that it is often not a good idea for a pregnant woman to have a professional foot massage… this is because there are osme pressure points on the foot which can set off labour… this is one that i plan on using if i go overdue.. maybe go to a massage parlour and get a foot rub down with some reflexology…
see how that goes.. can’t loose anything from it.. and if it doesn’t work at least you get a nice massage.

2010 Mar 09 2Walk more if you still can cause feeling pain here and there, during pregnancy is normal procedure. Don’t worry so much and when you are relaxing, try inhaling deep breath more often, cause this is a natural methods to control pain, anger, frustration and anything. Just try it.

Just relax and be happy cause the more you think, the more you get stressed up. I have experienced it for three times.
